Clinical Trial Spotlight (CTS) is a HIPAA compliant website designed to provide the highest quality information about clinical trials in easy to understand formats. CTS is a subsidiary of RESolutions, Rapid Enrollment Solutions.
Personal Information Collection and Use
CTS only collects Personal Information that we consider necessary in order to efficiently connect you with the physician and his/her staff at the clinical trial site. This information is only forwarded when you determine you want to complete an online screening questionnaire. In general, you can search available clinical trials on our website without telling us who you are or revealing any identifying Personal Information. If you'd like to take the next step to screen online for an open clinical trial or sign up to receive email notifications of new trials, we may require differing degrees of Personal Information about you. This limited Personal Information is critical to allow us to move your information forward to the appropriate trial site conducting the trial. You may opt out of receiving notifications of new trials at any time.
Non-Personal Information Collection and Use

Clinical research information is collected in a manner that does not contain any individual identifiers in accordance with industry standards. Without any individual identifiers, unauthorized third parties should not have the capability to access the information. If an individual study participant desires access, it can be requested through the investigator or physician from whom the participant received treatment in accordance with customary practices and regulations in the pharmaceutical industry.

Inquiries and Complaints
All questions or concerns regarding the use or disclosure of personal information should be directed to the Data Privacy Officer. CTS will endeavor to respond to any such requests and any issues raised in a timely manner. If a complaint is not resolved, CTS has agreed to cooperate with the Federal Trade Commission, the European Data Protection Authorities, or other appropriate regulatory agencies available to the parties to resolve disputes pursuant to the Safe Harbor Principles.
