Cancer - Sarcoma - Clinical Trial Testing a Vaccine for Sarcoma
Summary
This is a clinical trial for individuals who have recently been diagnosed with metastatic sarcoma (Stage IV) or who were previously diagnosed, recently underwent surgery, and are now disease free.

Purpose
The primary purpose of this trial is to test a novel vaccine designed to instruct the immune system to destroy any sarcoma cells that remain in the body after surgery compared to non-specific immune therapy.
The vaccine is given as an outpatient treatment with the goal of preventing or delaying sarcoma recurrence.
Who is Eligible?
To participate you must:
Have mestastatic sarcoma that can or already has been be completely removed by surgery and receive your first dose of investigational vaccine within 8 weeks of surgery.
Who is Not Eligible?
You are not eligible if you:
Are not disease free at the time of vaccination
A study physician will discuss other exclusions with you.
