| Purpose |
To determine whether changes observed in Parkinson’s biomarkers over the course of 24 hours in healthy controls also occur in Parkinson’s patients. By learning more about the diurnal fluctuations of CSF, Parkinson’s clinical trials can standardize samples they are collecting so that research results are more accurate. |

| Who is Eligible? |
To participate you must:- Be 40 years old or older
- Mild to moderate Parkinson’s for 10 years or less
- At least 30 years old at time of diagnosis
- Able to complete 4-day inpatient hospital stay
|

| Who is Not Eligible? |
You are not eligible if you:- Are currently pregnant
- Have current or active clinically significant neurological disorder
- First degree relative with idiopathic Parkinson’s (parent, sibling, child)
- Currently taking dopamine agonists, amantadine or other Parkinson’s medications
A study physician will discuss other exclusions with you. |
